Hi, i’m Dan Flannery. I am the owner of NTX Realty Media. I am a proud US Army veteran and love my country. I got into real estate photography when I got out of the Army as a way to market one of my own rental properties in Dallas. What began as a simple solution to list one of my own properties turned into much more.

Now, NTX Realty Media is about putting in the work to get consistent results. In real estate, the word consistent doesn’t get thrown around often, so that’s saying something. Realtors are some of the hardest working people in the game, they need to have a team of people who are willing to put in the same level of work that they are.

The same discipline and consistency instilled in soldiers is ingrained in the foundation of NTX Realty Media. Every project is approached with precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to results because in real estate, consistency builds trust and trust builds business.

Hi, I’m Will Avalos. I’m a photographer and videographer with NTX Realty Media, with a background in audio, video, live production, and content creation. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Music Production with a focus in Live Sound from Visible Music College, along with media and video credentials. I’ve worked on branding content, podcasts, live productions, and social media, and I’ve always enjoyed the creative side of telling a story through photo and video.

Outside of work, I’m heavily involved in my church, where I serve on the social media team and also play in the church band. I’m also a husband and a father, which is a big part of why being dependable and working hard matters so much to me. Between my family, church, and work, I’ve learned to take pride in what I do and to treat every responsibility like it matters.

At NTX Realty Media, I bring that same mindset to every shoot. I pay close attention to the details and want every property to be represented the best way possible. My goal is simple: show up, do great work, and give every client something they’re proud to use to market their listing.
